This policy explains what personal information the Dilked website (dilked.co.uk) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can and never sell your data.
What we collect
- Newsletter: your email address, your first name if you give it, and your confirmation that you're 18 or over.
- Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send us.
- Hosting logs: our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To send you the Dilked newsletter: episode news, cast updates and behind-the-scenes material. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To reply to messages you send us through the contact form.
- To keep the website running and secure.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to process data on our behalf:
- MailerLite — stores newsletter subscribers and sends our emails.
- Resend — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Netlify — hosts this website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Age restriction
Dilked is adult comedy and the newsletter is strictly for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that someone under 18 has subscribed, we'll remove them.
How long we keep it
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Under UK data protection law you can also ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@dilked.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
